2024 has been a particularly difficult year for the royal family, especially King Charles and Catherine, who have both been struggling with health issues.

However, as the saying goes, after the rain comes the sun, and the family is starting to see some hope. Catherine has successfully completed chemotherapy and returned to her royal duties, bringing relief and joy to her family and supporters. In addition to this good news, the Welsh family is preparing to welcome a new member. George, Charlotte, and Louis are particularly excited about adding new puppy friends to the family. During the reopening of the Berle community pool, William told a fan that their beagle, Ora, will soon have some playful puppies to keep them company.

He said that the process takes time, showing the careful consideration he takes when adopting a new pet. These puppies are expected to help the family relax after a challenging year. They welcomed Ora into their lives in 2021, a puppy who has brought them joy and even appeared in Princess Charlotte's eighth birthday photos. Ora's playful nature has brought comfort through tough times, including in a touching video when Catherine announced her return.

Before Ora, they had a pet dog named Lup, who passed away in late 2020, leaving a void that Ora has helped fill. Ora was given to them by Katherine's brother, James, who breeds beagles. She is also related to his dog Ella, who recently featured in James' memoir. Aside from the pet news, the royal couple has been active in public events. Prince William stood out at an NFL Foundation event, showing off his impressive throwing skills and sense of humour while joking about his parenting motto of never coming home empty-handed.

Attendees enjoyed his jokes about practising throwing at home and possibly breaking a window. Observers were impressed by William's athleticism, with experts praising his arm strength and accuracy in drills. The appearances highlighted his hands-on parenting style and provided insight into the family dynamics he shares with George, Charlotte and Louis. Despite the challenges of the past year, recent positive changes represent a turning point for the Welsh family.

With Catherine returning to work and new puppies on the way, they are looking forward to happier days. The addition of furry friends is not only a source of joy for the children, but also a symbol of resilience and love during difficult times. As the royal family embraces this new chapter, they continue to inspire others with their ability to find happiness even in adversity, showing that hope can thrive amid challenges.
