As the summer comes to a close, Katherine and William are enjoying their final family holidays in Scotland with their three children. They have opted to stay at their private home, Tam Nar, rather than the traditional Balal Castle where the royal family usually gathers.

Even during this unofficial break, Katherine and William are still taking part in royal duties. On Wednesday, they used their official social media accounts to show their support for Team GB’s Paralympians as they prepare for the 2024 Paris Paralympics. Their posts expressed excitement and pride, wishing the athletes the best of luck. The message was personal, signed with a “W”, indicating it came directly from them.

Katherine said she will not be able to attend the Paralympics but will be cheering from home. She recalled fond memories of attending the 2012 Paralympic Games in London with William, stressing how much these events meant to her. Royal fans are happy to see her so active, seeing her recent activities as a good sign for her health.

Katherine has been seen in a number of places recently, such as attending a Sunday service and having fun in a Nerf battle with her children. These appearances suggest that she may soon return to full-time royal duties, much to the delight of her supporters who have been waiting for her return. Despite her health issues, Katherine remains very committed to her role as Princess of Wales.

As September approaches, Prince William is expected to resume his royal duties to coincide with the new school year for their children: George, Charlotte and Louis. Earlier this month, they released a video congratulating the Team GB athletes, featuring Snoop Dogg and David Beckham, which created a buzz. In a surprising change, William sported a beard in the video, although he has since returned to a clean-shaven look in a recent appearance, leaving some fans disappointed but still charmed by him and Katherine.

Meanwhile, William's uncle, Prince Edward, expressed his support for the Team GB athletes on the X platform, wishing them the best of luck at the upcoming Paralympics. His message was in line with the royal family's tradition of supporting British athletes at international sporting events. Elsewhere in Scotland, King Charles is spending his summer at Birk Hall, his Scottish country residence, and has opted not to stay at Balal Castle.

Instead, he has found peace in his baronial mansion with Queen Camilla. Sources say Charles is using this time to recharge through activities such as painting and gardening, despite facing health issues due to his cancer diagnosis. He appreciates the tranquility offered by Birk Hall, a place with sentimental value as it was once the late Queen Mother's retreat. The 12-bedroom estate was left to his mother.
